The drive for peak performance

It was during this time that he became increasingly interested in a question that traditional business training rarely addresses:

Why do highly capable people sometimes fail to perform at their best in the moments that matter most?

That question ultimately led Jonathan into the fields of transformational coaching, behavioural psychology and studying the world of elite performance in business and sport.

Over the last eight years, he has worked with thousands of clients across more than 30 countries, helping professionals, executives and high performers improve confidence, communication, composure and behavioural consistency under pressure.

Jonathan also spent two years working directly with Marisa Peer and her clients, becoming one of the most experienced RTT practitioners internationally.

Perform when it matters most

Today, his work combines practical corporate understanding with advanced transformational methods to help people perform more effectively in real-world situations.

His approach is focused, commercially grounded and results-oriented.

Not motivational theory.
Not endless coaching.
Not generic personal development.

The focus is helping people think more clearly, communicate more effectively and perform more consistently when pressure is highest.

Jonathan is also the author of the best-selling book Bye Bye Anxiety and has been featured internationally for his work in confidence, performance and behavioural transformation.

Jonathan worked with me using his mindset growth methodology to really help motivate me and take the action that I needed to succeed. His blend of deep experience, collaborative style and his understanding of how to apply the most incredible neuroscience in a business context was really powerful. He has really helped me to accelerate my business.
