Jonathan Butler brings a unique combination of senior corporate leadership experience and performance psychology expertise.
Before specialising in performance and behavioural transformation, he spent more than 20 years leading sales, consulting and business transformation initiatives within organisations including Avanade (an Accenture and Microsoft joint venture), Capgemini, Ernst & Young, Fujitsu and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence.
Having worked on major client pitches, leadership challenges and high-pressure commercial situations throughout his career, Jonathan understands first-hand what it takes to perform when the stakes are highest.
Over the last eight years, he has worked internationally with thousands of clients across more than 30 countries, helping professionals improve confidence, communication and performance under pressure.
